Fall is my favorite time of the year, I look forward to it every year! The crisp air outside, the weather getting cool enough to wear a sweater, and the birds are flocking together here in Southern Indiana. The trees are turning from green to bright red and orange. The smell of firewood burning from the chimney tops. I’m in heaven. I thought I would put together some great Pumpkin Recipes to Celebrate Fall this year.

Pumpkin is one of the most popular ingredients to use during the fall season, both for its seasonal appeal and flavor and for the fact that it is healthy and low-fat.
